Rules and Tips on How to Use the Park

  • Walking Path: Plan one (1) hour to complete the walking path.  Take our asphalt-surfaced Easy Path Trail,  two (2) miles in length.  There are no stairs on this section of the trail.  The benches along the way allow resting points and parties of varying abilities to split up and quickly regroup.  You will have fantastic views from many angles.

  • No food can be brought to the property.

  • What to wear: Shirts and shoes are required on-premises.  We suggest comfortable walking shoes.  High heel shoes will be uncomfortable.  The Trail may require at least a closed-toed tied shoe like a sneaker or a hiking boot.  The winter season requires warm footwear and good outdoor clothing.

  • How to visit with small children: Strollers can complete the 2-mile walking path without stairs.  However, if you want to hike the nature trail and walk the entire Walking Path, a backpack carrier is best used for your little ones.

  • Parking: Free on-site parking is available for cars and motorcycles.

  • Pets: For the safety of all guests, pets are not permitted in the Clubhouse or on the trails.  We will accept certified service dogs, but be prepared to answer questions and provide documentation.

  • No smoking: on-premises to preserve our forest area.  A forest fire would be devastating.  We plan to designate certain smoking areas in the parking lot and balconies in the clubhouse.  Eventually, we plan to make the entire premises as a on-smoking area.

  • Since this is private property, you may not remove anything natural or otherwise from the park.

  • You are not allowed to destroy, touch, sit on, scribble, doodle or deface the miniature sculptures displayed in the Gardens and any other property in the Gardens.  We are installing 24 hour surveillance systems.

  • Outdoor recreation in all seasons! Summer season runs from May through October. Winter season runs November through April. Buildings, trails, and parking lot will close 30 minutes after closing time.

  • The above is the site plan for the Property, and the Plan shows the boundary of our property.  Please do not enter the neighbors' property; it could constitute a trespass.  Even though the most of our neighboring properties are owned by the Town of Brunswick, some of them are not owned by the Town.
