The Chef's Weekly Delicacies
Each week, we will prepare and serve "different and new" gourmet dishes in a buffet style. The Superstar Dishes for Week #1 (Sep. 6 & 7) will be Dakgalbi (Korean-style Spicy Stir Fried Chicken with vegetables) and Tofu Egg Jeon. The Superstar dishes for Week #2 (Sep.13 and 14) will be Hambak Steak (Korean-style Salisbury steak) and Golbaengi Muchim. These "Superstar dishes" will be served together with other Korean and American foods.
